NATIONAL CUTTING HORSE ASSOCIATION CANCELS YOUTH JUDGING CONTEST
The National Cutting Horse Association (NCHA) has canceled the 2020 NCHA Holy Cow Performance Horses Judging Contest initially scheduled December 4-5 in Fort Worth, Texas.
With classes at both the collegiate and high school level having modified semester schedules and travel restrictions due to COVID-19, the timing of the judging contest does not allow for contestants to attended as it would under normal circumstances.
“We are disappointed to have to cancel the NCHA Holy Cow Performance Horses Judging Contest this year,” Pete Fanning, NCHA director of judges said. “I know a lot of people look forward to coming each year, but we felt it was the best decision to cancel. We are looking forward to hosting the contest again in 2021.”
