The National Cutting Horse Association (NCHA) recognizes that the COVID-19 pandemic has affected much more than our ability to produce and attend horse shows. Many of our members and trainers run and operate small business and may be struggling during this time due to the impact.
On March 27, 2020, the Federal government passed the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act. The CARES Act is aimed at providing relief for individuals and businesses that have been negatively impacted by the coronavirus outbreak.
