Last night wrapped up the 70thNational High School Rodeo Association finals in Rock Springs, Wyoming. Twenty of the top riders headed into the short-go of the Girl’s Cutting and Boy’s Cutting.
Sheridan Clark, from Weatherford, Texas, marked a 150 in the short-go of the Girl’s Cutting to take the lead. Mckenna Coronado, from Kanarraville, Utah, came in second with a 148. Clark and Coronado tied for first in the average with a composite score of 446.
Carson Ray, from Groveton, Texas, marked a 150 to top the short-go of the Boy’s Cutting. Reuben Mendenhall, from Edmond, Oklahoma, took second with a 147. Ray went on to win the average with a composite score of 448.
