Ernest Beutenmiller, Sr.
NCHA is sad to announce it has lost another long-time and valued member of its community. Ernest Beutenmiller, Sr. passed away on April 28, 2017. Ernest was 86.
Mr. Beutenmiller was a member of NCHA for over 50 years and was an NCHA judge for over 30 years. Ernest was also a past president of the Eastern Missouri Cutting Horse Association for many years. He was instrumental in the production and development of the All American Cutting Horse Amateur Tournament. In 2006, he was inducted into the Members Hall of Fame.
Ernest is the beloved husband of Joyce; dear father of Ernest (Tina) Beutenmiller, Robert Beutenmiller, Gregory (Angela) Beutenmiller, Thomas (Jennifer) Beutenmiller, Terese (Byron) Sykma; dear grandfather of 7; dear brother of Marlis Thum.
Services: Funeral Mass to be held Tuesday May 2nd at 10 a.m. at the St. John the Baptist Catholic Church 5567 Gildehaus Rd. Villa Ridge, MO 63089.
Visitation: Monday May 1st 4-8 p.m. at the Oltmann Funeral Home 103 N. Church St. Union, MO 63084.
Memorials in lieu of flowers may be given to the St. John the Baptist Catholic Church.
