Glitter Done and Adan Banuelos won their third Mercuria NCHA World Series of Cutting finals Tuesday at the Idaho Futurity. They marked 230 for a five-point win over Grant Setnicka on Ichis My Choice.
Glitter Done previously won the Mercuria event at the Pacific Coast Derby with a 227.5 and the West Texas Futurity with a 226.
Grant Setnicka showed Glitter Done to win a Novice division title in the 2013 West Texas Classic. Banuelos was a Pacific Coast Classic Challenge finalist with her the following year.
Bred and owned by Sue Hearst, Glitter Done is by Dual Smart Rey out of Tinsels Cat Lady. She’s a three-quarter sister to $108,000 earner Im Hal On Heels. Eight-year-old Glitter Done has now earned more than $30,000 and should jump from #22 to the top five in the 2016 World Standings.
