The National Cutting Horse Association (NCHA) is excited to announce that the Pennsylvania Cutting Horse Association was selected to produce the 2021 NCHA Appalachian Circuit Finals. The Appalachian Circuit Finals is scheduled for October 23 at the Gloucester County DREAM Park in Logan Township, N.J.
“It is really a privilege for us to be able to host the Appalachian Circuit Finals,” said Jack Werner, Pennsylvania CHA vice president. “This is a really good thing for the weekend cutter, and people are really enthused about it. We’ve got quite a few people planning to come from Canada, and I think people will really have a good time and bring a lot of fun to this cutting.”
The NCHA Appalachian Circuit Finals will invite the top 30 competitors from the Appalachian Circuit to compete this fall in each of the NCHA weekend classes. For the 2021 event, all youth members who have designated the Appalachian Circuit for this point year will be allowed to enter regardless of their place in the year-end standings.
“NCHA is excited to see the continued growth the Appalachian Circuit Finals will bring to the northeast,” said Jay Winborn, NCHA executive director. “Jack Werner has had a large role in growing the sport in this region, and I know he and the Pennsylvania CHA will do an excellent job producing this finals.”
